Return Policy

We are sorry but we do not offer refunds. You must return the item within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have original tags attached. We will then issue you an online gift card with your credit amount you returned. Thank you.

Online Returns
If you need to return an item ...
  1. Send us an email at including your telephone number, order # and what item(s) needs to be exchanged/returned
  2. Ship your item back to:

  3. Once it is received, we will inspect the item and issue an online gift card to you
  4. You can then order a replacement item online and we'll ship it right out!
  5. You may also return an online order to either one of our locations. Bring your receipt/invoice with you and you will receive store credit to be used in store. 

All sales final on discounted, sale, or closeout merchandise

Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service so we can both make sure we receive it back.
